Why buy from Offroad Scene

Hi All, Jas from Offroad Scene here again.

In my last post I introduced our company, and I thought I would follow that up with "why buy from us" Now as you would be aware there are literally hundreds of places that you can purchase work lights and light bars from. Some cheaper than what we offer and some dearer, some with poor quality customer service and some with outstanding customer service.

As we are a small organisation with lower cost overheads we can pass those lower costs onto you, the customer.  Regardless of the small organisation tag, we have some trusted contacts both here and abroad that we can rely on to provide quality products and competitive pricing.  As we are dealing directly with the manufactures we also provide the back up and support for the products we sell.

As we have a passion for the outdoors and test every model that we sell, we also have a great understanding of customer requitements and expectations.  We are not simply and organization selling a commodity, and whilst we strive to provide outstanding products and service 100% of the time, we are not perfect.  However we genuinely listen to and respond to customer queries, concerns and suggestions.  We know to well how receiving bad customer service leaves a bad taste in ones mouth and we strive to ensure we provide the service that we have come to expect, and always look for ways to improve upon our service delivery.

An area that sets us apart from lot of sellers, especially around on line auction sites, is all our products meet or exceed standards set down by Australian legislation along with many international legislative requirements. All our products are RCM(formerly C-Tick), CE, RoHS and IP67 certified along with the manufactures we work with being ISO9000 certified.

We take great pride in this compliance as we are doing our bit to ensure we are selling something that is safe and compliant to Australian consumers.  As mentioned we are not the only organisation providing great products and service, but please give us a go you may be pleasantly surprised:)
